about
This song was born partially from me got inspired from the series "American gods" and the eponymous book written by great Neil Gaiman
Also there are a lot of my own views on modern synchronicity with Odin and how a person having belief could find a way to that great god within the concrete jungle of a metropolis. The way to Odin is sometimes happen to be too unexpected, brief, severe but inspiring. And at the end of the day, you may witness that there may not really exist a way to find Odin, but its him who builds his own unexpected way to an entire tribe of modern people living in a metropolis...

Lyrics
Ansuz, Kenaz, Isa, Turisaz…
Sowilo, Uruz, Nautiz, Yer…
Brœðr munu berjask
Ok at bönum verðask
Munu systrungar sifjum spilla
Skelfr Yggdrasils askr standandi
Ymr it aldna tré, en jötunn losnar
The trail of northern wind in the memory of our neural structures
Will remind about itself leading us to the bitterness of smell
Of blows to the temple
In the hours when nonentities will glorify a knife at last
And their archangels will come to Death herself just for advice
As the unquiet souls will sing all as one
In those days when the fire of fury
Was traded down for a promise of solace
And Glad-of-war will open the empty eye
And on the sidewalks of brotherly blood the crystals of the Mead of poetry
Will be shown through the stains of dried gore
The seekers after Hangatyr within the concrete jungle
Will incarnate him through the bodies murdered in the crowd
And the great gallows will rise in the sky
After thunder instead of rainbow…
Brœðr munu berjask
Ok at bönum verðask
Munu systrungar sifjum spilla
Skelfr Yggdrasils askr standandi
Ymr it aldna tré, en jötunn losnar
And those crowned with fear will spit out
The charms with their own blood
After having entered your hypostasis
And the winds staggering the bodies of the hanged
Will whisper the right runes
To a ragged fate of the hearts chilled
From pointless waiting.
